Hi, I'm Rebecca!

Your Clear Skin Starts Here

Hi, I’m Rebecca McCoppin — a certified nutrition coach specializing in helping women finally experience the clear, confident skin they’ve been searching for.

If you’re here, chances are you’re feeling frustrated, confused, and maybe even defeated. You’ve tried the prescriptions, the skincare routines, the restrictive diets. You’ve spent hours online, sorting through conflicting advice, wondering why nothing seems to work for your skin.

I get it — because I’ve lived it.

After 20 years of battling relentless acne and chasing every “solution” out there, I discovered what truly works: a holistic, science-backed approach that rebalances the body from the inside out. Today, I guide career-driven women in their 30s who are ready to stop guessing and start seeing real, lasting results.

This isn’t about another product.

It’s about transformation.

My clients come to me ready for answers — and ready for change. Together, we focus on the end result:
✨ Clear, radiant skin
✨ A calm, balanced gut
✨ Happy, supported hormones
✨ Confidence in your body and your choices

We work individually to rebalance the key systems that impact your skin: gut health, blood sugar, hormones, and detox pathways. I specialize in omega 3 balance — a powerful, often-overlooked key to reducing inflammation and restoring skin clarity. Using functional testing, fasting protocols, individual food strategies, and mindfulness techniques, I help you understand your body’s unique needs and guide you toward lasting transformation.

This is your space to feel empowered, supported, and finally in control of your skin.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
You just have to start.

My Experience

My career started in the prestige beauty space. Mainly, I worked in retail but also did some freelance makeup art on the side. During my 10 years working in the industry I learned all about skin anatomy, skin types and skin conditions. I spent countless hours in training workshops with different prestige brands like La Roche Posay, Avène and Vichy. Makeup training alongside that - with brands like Smashbox, Lise Watier, Shiseido and Stila. From there, I ventured into the Wellness industry and it became home. I worked administratively for a Chiropractic clinic where I was exposed to so many different holistic health modalities - Chiro (obviously), cupping, acupuncture and massage therapy. As time went on with the clinic and as I navigated the recovery of 2 surgeries, I knew that working administratively was not my calling. I wanted to help people - I wanted to be a practitioner.

As mentioned, I had to endure the not-so-pleasurable experience of surgery - one to remove my appendix when I was 21 and then my wisdom teeth at 24. The reactions and long term effects of medication and antibiotics started to affect my health in a very negative way. My digestion became so compromised that the only food my body would tolerate comfortably was bananas. This eventually healed and I regained normal eating habits but with a few hefty restrictions. At this point in my life, my skin was at its worst. I had flaky, red, inflamed acne on my chin and worst of all, on my shoulders. NOTHING helped me. Ever. Not skin care. Not topical retinol. Not anti-biotics. NOTHING. Let me tell you, I wish I knew the now me back then.

The acne continued into my late 20's. I wondered if I'd ever have answers. If I'd ever find skin care that my skin tolerated. I always used to say, "I'm going to have acne in my 90's!". But I was wrong!

It wasn't until Holistic Nutrition made it's way into my life that my skin (and the rest of my body for that matter) made a turn for the best. I learned about the gut-brain-skin connection and the things I needed to do to balance it out. I learned about the interconnectedness of my other organs and hormones and how they were contributing to the appearance of my skin. I learned the trigger foods that were specific to my skin and how to replace them with alternatives that didn't bother my body. I learned how to simplify my skin care in a way that my skin didn't flare up. It took time - and I'm still a work in progress but I did it! And so can you. That's why you're here.
